Holiday Card 2004

A fellow Flasher and I wrapped up our company’s holiday card recently. It showcases the area of town (The Strip District) in which we work. I did the AS2 class that drives the navigation and the audio channels. My friend Wayne here did the seaming of the photos (taken by Jason Cohen and Wayne) as well as the visual design. Make sure you have some headphones or your speakers on. Broadband recommended but not needed. Watch the scene pan to the end and then you have control to go back to see stuff. This has been out for a good while. A very nicely done Flash piece that allows you to type words in and have them sung back to you with snippets of songs. I haven’t researched the backend but I assume it is serving up the audio via Comm Server or something similar. Check it out:
